This farm is located along Rt. 234, west of East Berlin and east of Rt. 94. The
buildings are located back off of the road, and it has been used as a dairy farm for
some time now. This property could be used for a variety of purposes and some

The Seller has milked as many as 500 cows here over the years. There are several
barns of this farm, but four of them have a total of 360 free stalls and there are
bedded pack barns that can hold an additional 45 +/- cows.
There are six box stalls and a bedded pack calving area. The largest free stall barn
was built by King Construction in 2004, has 200 free stalls and is a curtain sided,
drive through barn. There are two Agway free stall barns built in 1981 that have a
total of 128 free stalls. There is a two row barn, built in 2002 that has 36 free
stalls. There is calf housing on the farm, and an area for heifers to be fed in an
outside lot.
This farm has a double 10 herringbone parlor, a 6,000 gallon milk tank and a 3,000
gallon milk tank. The 3,000 gallon tank needs some work. There is a four bay
commodity shed that is approx. 36 X 48.There is a four stall horse barn attached
to an open front equipment shed, which has a total size of about 32 X 90.
This farm has five forage trenches, all are eight feet high, with concrete bottoms
and sides. Two are open ended 30 X 150. Another one is open ended that is 36 X
150. One is 100 wide by 130 long, and the last one is 40 wide by 116 long.
There are two lined lagoons for manure storage. The primary lagoon is 1.7 million
gallons and has a leak detection system. The secondary lagoon is 2.8 million
gallons.

There is a two story three bedroom, one and one half bath home on the property
with an attached two car garage.
This property is in a good farming area, and has buildings that could be used for
