These owners have a retail store here where they sell car batteries, some auto accessories, convenience store type groceries, bread, milk and operate a small restaurant and deli. They have a Bay Marie cooler station for sub / sandwich ingredients, a pizza oven and a small grill. This food area of this business has great potential for growth. 

They have tables and chairs for customer seating. They have customer Men’s and Women’s restrooms in the retail store. There is a large cooler for drinks, and a glass front deli case. All required food licenses are in place. They do not sell PA Lottery tickets and it is believed that that product would do well here. This section of this building is approx. 39’ X 52’.
